"Amazing Service! If you need well repair, do this one. No, seriously. We called Huff once we notice our water starting to smell a bit moldy/musty. Almost like stagnant pond water. It was strange as we had never smelled that before in the 8 years we lived in our home. I had just replaced the water heater so I knew that wasn't the culprit. Once they arrived to check it out, I asked as many questions as I could to understand what was going on. He was extremely knowledgeable on the subject and was giving us more information than we had hoped. Additionally, he also gave us the all of the scenarios that we could encounter if they were to work on the well. I really appreciated the insight he provided as everyone knows anything with wells can be expensive. Before he left we were given all the information and choices regarding what to expect, ballpark estimate on all the options. He was not forcing us to just go with the most expensive option, just an honest person trying to do honest work. With estimates in hand and discussions in tow, my wife and I decided to have the well cleaned and the pump replaced. The pump was original to the house and was nearing end of life. Once we got our finances together, we were prepared for the worst case scenario. The crew showed up on time, were super professional and got to work. I appreciated the help in moving my raised garden bed out of the way. We were worried that the pump was going to fight getting out of the well. Luckily, it came out without a hitch as some people weren't so lucky. Which was a relief for all of us. It was quite entertaining watching all the schmoo getting flushed out of our well. I was grateful everything was going smoothly. Later, the guy who gave us the estimate showed up to check out a few other things. Unfortunately, the crew that worked on the well left before I had a chance to say thank you. so..... THANK YOU!!!!!!! After all was said and done, we are extremely happy with our experience with Huff. I will refer anyone needing this kind of work done who will listen. Thank you very much Huff for a pleasant experience given our situation."
